Restored Tripod MCM Round Table

As I gazed upon the surface of this side table I couldn’t help but be reminded of a damn fine cup of coffee I’d had earlier in the week. Swirling with just the slightest hint of cream, the chocolate brown gave way to amber and toffee waves as the spoon traced circles in the cup. It really was a delicious experience.

While we don’t recommend trying to imbibe any part of this table you most definitely can appreciate the complexity of the wood’s appearance and reminisce over any number of delectable cups of hot java.

It features a thin wooden base that, along with the help of metal cross-braces, infuses a Modernist sensibility into the table. Restored, polished, and finished with a natural Linseed oil varnish, the top is as soft to the touch as it looks and invites careful study of the finished wood grain. A perfect piece to display your most prized roasted creations upon.
