A mix of Shaker, Danish, and American modern sensibilities, these pieces have a timeless quality that makes them seem very contemporary and in-vogue with today's aesthetic palate, unlike many other examples from the era that imbue a retro-kitsch feel. Turns heads without being loud or out of place. For furniture that was mass produced at the time, the construction quality and attention to craftsmanship is almost unparalleled.

This particular piece from the collection is a two-piece unit. The lower cabinet contains a shelf and single drawer, while the top hutch has the most attractive feature, a drop-front secretary desk with two small drawers, compartments for letters and other objects, and an interior light. Comes with the original porcelain knobs.

In excellent condition, with minimal wear and tear.
