American of Martinsville was the manufacturer of some of the best known and enduring examples of mass produced Mid-Century Modern furniture, combining excellent build quality with attention to proportions and aesthetics in a way that is only matched by a few of their contemporaries.
Eschewing the funky and urbane for a more rustic look, this triple dresser wouldn't look out of place in a Brooklyn loft or an Oregon cabin. The walnut is given room to breathe and imbue the piece with character while design elements like the ridges on the central drawers and carved pulls on the outer drawers accentuate it.
