Mid Century Lowboy Dresser with 6 Tray Drawers by United Furniture

United Furniture has some of the boldest and funkiest designs amongst mid-century modern furniture makers and backs it up with excellent, solid construction. Although somewhat more subtle in character than its louder brethren, this series brandishes some flourishes that help it stand apart from the mid century modern pack. A rounded bevel trim gently frames the functional components apart from the exterior, the former containing a set of doors with a crosshatch veneer pattern. The body is floated by elegantly sculpted but sturdy legs.

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the configuration of 6 small drawers and 3 large drawers lends itself well as a physical manifestation of our need to compartmentalize and organize to make it through a modern work day.

The original finish is in exceptionally good condition, with only minor wear.
