Designed by Merton Gershun for American of Martinsville, this credenza combines qualities from several of the nations who were at the forefront of design at the time. Danish proportions mix with American robustness and brass details, along with some Italian sass in the form of louvered drawer faces. Exceptional build quality, with the right amount of heft to let you know it's been around for 60 years, and can easily do another 60.
Brass "U" handles adorn the front door faces, behind which are an additional 3 tray drawers to support the already ample storage.
Restored by us, Niji, to emphasize the natural character of the walnut using non-toxic natural finishes.
