Eschewing the hard angles and sharp corners that traditionally accompany rectangular geometries, this teak table is full of rounded, silky corners and edges that feel good to the touch and provide parents with one less hazard to worry about in the household. With clean, minimal lines filled in by the warm, scarlet red tones of the teak frame, this coffee table is a great accoutrement for your living room.
Although constructed completely from solid teak and glass, the airy design embodies the Danish philosophy of lightness, naturalism, and superior function, giving the table a floating, ethereal presence that belies its actual size. Exposed finger joints on the frame are an additional accent.
Perfect for a living room that regularly hosts either large gatherings or that stack of architecture mags that you swear you're going to store properly one day. Board game night enthusiasts would also be well served by the large surface area and ruggedness that could resist the impact of sore losers slamming and flipping the table.
Restored to emphasize the natural character and variation of the teak wood grain. The glass has some scratches and there's a small crack in one of the panels as pictured.
